If you have access to a gym, a calisthenics park, or even just a few basics at home — like a pull-up bar, gymnastic rings, and pull-up bands — we’ll make great use of them. 🤓
You’ll also need a simple food scale and a bodyweight scale. ⚖️
I’m 31 and I’ve been in fitness for 15 years and coaching for the last 5 years.
I went through a lot of mistakes, tried every approach, and now I know what actually works — and what doesn’t.
I’ve been plantbased for 6 years and a committed animal rights activist for 4.
I am responsible in Italy for Anonymous for the Voiceless (animal rights activism), helping coordinate actions and support other activists across the country.
I believe the structure and discipline that comes from building a strong body is what allowed me to be successful in business, relationships, self-growth, and every area of my life.
I now focus on the motivational and mental fitness aspects of the program, helping others unlock their potential and achieve lasting change. Whether you’re improving your physical health or strengthening your mindset, I’m here to support you.
It runs for 10 days – it starts on Monday 19th and go at your own pace.
How much time do I need per day?
About 30–40 minutes total. That includes the workout and a short mindset coaching piece.
Do I need a gym or equipment?
No gym needed. If you train at home, a pull-up bar and resistance bands are ideal — but we offer modifications for all levels.
Is this for beginners or advanced athletes?
Both. You’ll receive a plan based on your level. Whether you’re new or returning to training, you’ll be challenged appropriately.
What if I’m not 100% vegan (yet)?
No problem. We welcome anyone who’s plant-curious or on their way to a plant-based lifestyle.
Will I get personal feedback?
Yes! You can send training videos for form checks and ask questions in the Telegram group or on live calls.
What happens after the challenge?
You’ll be invited to a free strategy call where we’ll help you plan your next steps — whether that’s going deeper with CaliVegan 2.0 or continuing on your own.
What if I don’t see results?
If you follow the plan and show up daily, you will. But if you’re unsure, just reach out — we’re here to guide you personally.
